Hi Everyone.

This may be of interest to some of the people you care for but note there are only a few free places, otherwise you need to fund it through the NDIS package.

This summer, Skylight is running two types of Therapeutic Groups in various locations:

Skylight Everyday Wellbeing Program

Everyday Wellbeing

A group for people experiencing anxiety and or depression

Sanctuary Sound Minds Program

Sound Minds

A group supporting people who hear voices

Whether you reside in North, South or Central Adelaide, there is a group to assist you in developing and maintaining a key role in your wellbeing.

For more information, please visit Skylight’s Therapeutic Services web page.

If you or someone you care for is interested in attending a Therapeutic Group, please register your/their interest by contacting the Customer Relations Team at crt@skylight.org.au or by phone at 8378 4100.
