Join us on-line for August’s Sanctuary meeting. That way, we comply with COVID 19 restrictions.
It will be on Tuesday, August 11, from 5pm to 7pm Adelaide time (Adelaide, South Australia)
We will be discussing anxiety, an emotion which affects both the person we care for, and also us.
We will listen to a podcast by psychiatrist Dr Mark Cross, who himself experiences anxiety. He defines the different types of anxiety and how they affect people.
We will first discuss the ways anxiety affects our loved ones, and then go on to look at the emotions we may feel, (anxiety being one of them) while caring for them.
If we have time, we will also have a session on validation.
How to join the on-line meeting
Members, we will send you an email explaining how to join the meeting.
If you have any questions, or you need help, we’re here.
