Joy Anasta spoke to Sanctuary BPD Carers Support Group on 8 June, and as Judy promised, she was direct, straight talking and challenging.  I personally appreciated the opportunity for a much-needed review of my boundaries, the role of grief in my life, and the importance of a reality check in moving toward a healthy life balance.

The Sanctuary committee took notes and collated them.  We found we needed to add definitions (and no doubt some extra thoughts) but we feel this is representative of Joy’s talk.

Upcoming Meetings

Sanctuary meets on the second Tuesday of the month, at Glenside Admin and Learning Services Building, 2 Karrayarta Drive, Glenside.

Meetings are from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, South Australian time
