If you’d like more information about BPD and Substance Use, here is an excellent webinar by Adina Hauser: Mental Health and Substance Use in Youth.
(Adina offers guidance on skills and strategies that may be helpful to family members when their loved ones turn to substances to cope. This webinar comes from the Sashbear Foundation.)
