This group is for relatives and friends of someone recently diagnosed with BPD (or likely to be).

Designed by Carers for Carers, this group covers what they wish they had known at the beginning of their journey with BPD:

  • Carer Role in Recovery
  • Navigating the SA Mental Health System
  • Looking After Ourselves
  • Completing a Carer Plan

This free 4-week program is run by the BPD Collaborative (BPD Co) which is part of SA Health.
